About Us
The need for middle-level skilled workers in the shipping sector which in recent years has grown quite rapidly in Indonesia. The shipping sector has contributed significantly to economic growth. One of the government policies in anticipating the need for personnel in the maritime sector, in 2012 the Ministry of Education and Culture opened the Indonesian State Maritime Polytechnic (PoliMARIN) which has 3 (three) study programs, one of which is Maritime Business. prepare middle-level skilled workers in the maritime field, whose graduates have competence, have noble character, have an insight into the Maritime Business Study Program and Profile Maritime Business Program graduates will prepare intermediate experts who are experts in shipping business logistics, shipping governance and port administration, speak English oral and written, shipping business marketing, and shipping entrepreneurship.
